213-foot monster turbine generators coming to Czech nuclear plant

The Temelín Nuclear Power Plant in Czechia is set to undergo its largest modernization project ever with the installation of massive new turbine-generator sets built by Doosan Škoda Power. These generators, measuring 213 feet (65 meters) in length and weighing over 2,000 tons, are among the largest and most powerful in Europe.
