Pronto.ai, a San Francisco-based startup specializing in autonomous haulage systems for off-road vehicles used in construction and mining, has acquired its competitor SafeAI. The acquisition, reportedly valued in the millions, brings SafeAI’s 12-person engineering team and intellectual property under Pronto’s umbrella.
