Henrik Fisker, founder of the now-bankrupt EV startup Fisker Inc., and his wife Geeta quietly dissolved their private charitable foundation, the Geeta & Henrik Fisker Foundation, which was established in late 2021 to support innovation across healthcare, education, sustainability, and mobility. Over its three-year existence, the foundation made only about $100,000 in grants, with minimal activity and no public announcement of its creation.
