Jack Dorsey working on Bluetooth messaging app, Bitchat

Jack Dorsey, CEO of Block and co-founder of Twitter, has developed a new Bluetooth-based messaging app called Bitchat. The app enables users to send messages via Bluetooth mesh networks without relying on Wi-Fi or cellular service.
