The Netherlands has emerged as a leader in electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Europe by prioritizing the development of a comprehensive and dense charging infrastructure. While Norway leads in EV market share at 89%, the Dutch focus on infrastructure has resulted in the highest ratio of charge points per capita in Europe, with 10.04 chargers per 1,000 inhabitants.
